In the summer of 2017, Jim Ryan and Nik Francis played at the Capital Fringe Festival in Washington, DC. By that time, the duo rehearsed weekly at Francis' studio and had begun to develop a focused sound for drums and wind instruments. This recording exemplifies the kind of levity and drive that Ryan and Francis aim to create.
