This is a recent and brief studio recording by long-time musical collaborators Paul Clevenger and Nik Francis, who first met and played together in Iowa. Clevenger can be heard on 2003's 'Heavy Digital Morning' (topology.bandcamp.com/album/heavy-digital-morning) playing tenor saxophone. Here, he plays soprano sax--often taking a thinned-out approach, leaving plenty of room for Francis's movement around the drum kit.
